The competition is organised in two leagues:
WEST: Cheshire; Greater Manchester; Lancashire; Merseyside
EAST: Northumberland; Durham; Cleveland; South Yorkshire
Teams will play each other home and away; the top two teams in each league will then contest semi-finals.
