The competition is played in two groups:
WEST: Lancashire; Merseyside; Greater Manchester
EAST: Northumberland; Cleveland; South Yorkshire; North Yorkshire (NOTE: North Yorkshire have withdrawn from the competition, 23rd February 2024)
Team will play fixtures home and away.
The top two teams in each group will play semi-finals
